At the moment, I can conjecture that the highest losing score, and the highest aggregate score were both scored in the same match in 1987. In the semi-final match University College, Oxford beat the Open University by 405-335 giving a total score of 740!

The highest combined points total in a single show since 1994 is 570 for Trinity, Cambridge vs New, Oxford (390-180) in the 1995 final, and the lowest combined points total for a single show is 155 for Wolfson, Cambridge vs St John's, Oxford (40-115) in the 1st round in 2020.

The highest losing score since 1994 is Clare, Cambridge's 250 in the 2012 Quarter Final. And the lowest winning score is 85 scored by Emmanuel, Cambridge in their quarter-final victory over King's, London in 2022.
